Interior description

Ground floor: entrance hall, toilet, two bedrooms (Bedroom 1: with one double bed. Bedroom 2: with two single beds.), living Room (2x), wide flat screen TV (2x), radio and CD- and DVD player, gas fireplace, open gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, two coffee machines, pots and pans, cutlery, microwave, central heating, etc. A separate laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer. The Zeediekhoeve is equipped in its entirety ground floor with a floor heating. The Zeediekhoeve has a wellness room with private shower, bath, laundry and toilet facilities. On the first floor: Four fully furnished bedrooms (Bedroom 3: with one double bed, one single bed and a cot. Bedroom 4: with two single beds. Bedroom 5: with three single beds. Bedroom 6: with one double bed and one single bed.), spacious landing with toilet, separate luxury shower, and a separate luxury wash hand basin.

General: Duvet(s) and pillows, on arrival all beds are fitted with a new set (sealed) bedding package, playpen available, 8 go-karts, swing, heating (central, floor heating); terrace with fire pit and garden furniture’s. The Zeediekhoeve has three toilets, a large private parking area, a containers, is child friendly and completely non-smoking.

Sights in the direct surroundings: The white bridge, included in walking trail Zuiderzeepad, straight ahead “Wetering” (delicious bathing) in less than 1500 meters distance, “de kolk” (licensed fishing waters) of Kamperzeedijk with corresponding afforestation, river “the gutter” (a very popular fish man location) and we are surrounded by the reed beds of the National Landscape Ijssel delta. This all is located within walking distance from the Zeediekhoeve.
